WELCOME TO DIGESTIVE DIETITIANS
Experienced in Digestive and Gut Health
Meet Steph and Hannah. They are dietitians who understand the incredible complexity of the gut and its importance to our overall health. Research over the past twenty years has demonstrated links between gut health and the immune system, mood, mental health, autoimmune diseases, endocrine disorders, skin conditions, and cancer. As such, it is their aim to provide you with the most up to date evidence based advice.
Digestive dietitians purpose is to help those seeking digestive health and sustainable healthy eating achieve greater health through individually tailored advice. We seek to increase awareness of gastrointestinal diseases and the impact that optimising digestive health can have on those with and without disease.
We work alongside three Gastroenterologists and two practice nurses. This allows us to provide you with holistic and cohesive care between yourself and your health care team.
